Meet David Oriol
David Oriol was born and raised in the New Orleans area. He received his Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University in 1999 where he majored in Accounting. David graduated from the Louisiana State University Law Center in 2003 with a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Civil Law.
Following law school, David clerked for the Honorable Charles V. Cusimano, II in the 24th Judicial District Court for the Parish of Jefferson. After completing his clerkship, David worked as an associate with the firm of Halpern, Danner, Martin and Miles.
In 2006, David opened his own private law practice, the Law Office of David Adrian Oriol, LLC, and developed a varied practice focusing primarily on personal injury, general civil litigation, and family law. After 10 years as a solo practitioner, David co-founded Oriol & Edler, LLC, where he works today.
In addition to his private practice, David is also a Captain in the United States Air Force where he works in the Louisiana Air National Guard as the Deputy Staff Judge Advocate of the 159th Fighter Wing.
David is licensed to practice law in the State of Louisiana and is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Louisiana, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana, the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
